I just had a dishwasher repair with this company. Scheduling & rescheduling was smooth as silk. The people were so nice and understanding and kind. They send you reminders so you don't have to worry about forgetting. You get a call not a text but a real person at 8am to tell you when they will arrive. And they come when they say they will. OMG!!! The young man that came was THE BEST!!! He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, respectful, kind and found the problem and fixed it likety split! If you need service I recommend them highly! A++++++++ What a great company and great staff from start to finish!! Thank you for your great service!!!

New Bosch 800 series dishwasher was installed by a local HVAC sales and installation company last Saturday morning and tested briefly to verify plumbing connections. Later that same day, while running its first load of dishes, it leaked water into the lower cabinet and threw the E15 error code. I contacted the Sales rep and requested help to get the brand new unit running. Doug from A1 arrived Tuesday morning and at that time mopped up the water in the bottom, but an inspection and test run did not reveal the source of the water leak. Doug made sure the plumbing installation was correct and improved the mounting position fit in the cabinet. He showed me an easy way to slide the dishwasher out from under the counter to look for the source of the leak if the E15 code recurred and said to call him right away if it did. A short time after he departed I attempted to run a load of dishes and several minutes after starting the machine the leak returned and shut off the machine again. I called Doug to tell him and he suggested another test run with the machine pulled a little way out of the counter to see if I could see where the water was coming from. I did that and was able to do a phone video of the leaking. I sent that to Doug and he said that would allow him to bring proper repair parts when he returned, which his company was able to schedule for the following morning (Wednesday). He disassembled the two parts at the leak point and found a partially loose connection there. He reassembled the area using new parts, ran a test cycle and the problem has been solved. The first full cycle run this afternoon was perfect. I am disappointed in Bosch for letting a leaky unit through their quality control but I received quick and expert help from Doug and the A1 dispatcher. I appreciate Doug’s willingness to educate me and involve me in the troubleshooting process, it saved at least another day’s downtime.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the repair of our Electrolux dryer. I believe the name of the gentleman (who arrived, on time by the way) who completed the job was Mike. He came to the front door with a big smile on his face, he was friendly, helpful, exceedingly knowledgeable, and offered options to eliminate future problems, which we appreciated immensely. I had to leave this review…the service provided from the initial contact with the scheduler to the actual repair was top notch!!! Highly recommend this company for appliance repairs!

3 year old KitchenAid ceramic top stove quit heating up properly right in middle of Christmas cookie baking. So day after Christmas called around to see if we could get a repair company to come out quickly. One of the companies we called said they didn’t service our area and recommended we call A1 Appliance Repair. Surprised when we called they could come out next day and said we’d get a call in the morning between 8-8:30 AM from a repair guy to set up a 2 hour time frame. He called when he said he would and showed up within the time frame given. Tad walked in and knew pretty much what was wrong (based on our initial call). Opened the bottom and confirmed it was what they thought. Repaired it in less than 10 minutes. I was super happy and he was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely have him come out for any other appliance repair if needed. (I don’t have an opinion on the cost since I’m assuming most repair services are all “pricey”.)
